How To Stop The Pain And Get Over The Fear Of Failure | Episode 3 Part 1

2012 is going to be a great year for women. Most of us are in a position to either help ourselves or help someone else. This is a great gift and even if you live in a city or country that is against women and what we can do for the future of our families, our communities and even this earth. The best we can do for all around us is to do something for ourselves. If you have started to think of new years resolutions, make yourself a part of them. It is great to think of everything and everyone else first, especially if you are a mother. Well, if you love your family, you will make time to take care of yourself. I once read the book Robyn, Dr. Phill's wife wrote about her mother who did everthing for all except herself and became ill and died before time. She said she realised that if she wanted to be worth anything to her own children, she would have to take the time to look after her own health. Another lady said at her 80th birthday, that the reason she was born was to give life to her children so they in turn can give birth to the next generation. So, before deciding what your New Year's Resolutions will be, think for a moment what you would like to leave as a legacy, what your values are, what you are passionate about and then choose to make that the basis of your goals.
